Refund Windows – Paid Subscriptions & Credits

Annual/Monthly Plans: A full refund may be requested within 7 calendar days of the initial purchase or renewal date only if the service has materially malfunctioned.
No refund will be issued if the service has been accessed, used, or if any data has been exported, downloaded, generated, or consumed.
Cancellation does not automatically constitute a refund request.
After 7 days, all subscription payments and renewals are non-refundable.
Credits, add-ons, and usage-based purchases are non-refundable once issued.

This agreement is governed by the laws of Poland. Disputes shall first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation, mediation or arbitration before litigation.
